New addition
Newport Borough Meeting Minutes
As part of keeping the residents of Newport informed, Newport Borough Council will be adding the Minutes of the Council meetings to our web page. Residents will be able to view and print the meeting minutes. New meeting minutes will be added to this site after they have been approved at the next meeting.
For access from Home page, go to Meeting Minutes heading and then click on meeting minutes, or you may click on the community tab and click meeting minutes. This will bring up a new screen with the list of minutes, choose which one you would like to view and then click on meeting-minutes.pdf. These files are in Acrobat format so you will need Adobe Reader to view these files.
Newport Community Portal

The Newport Borough Community Portal is now online. This is the beginning of our new way of providing information to the citizens of Newport.
The site is our online information resource for the community. The site has a calendar and will continue to be updated with information about upcoming events in and around the Borough thoughout the year.
We have access to web links of interest to many local and county organizations with more to be added as we grow..
As we continue to expand this site we will give you a listing of Borough Ordinances on the Web site.
We are always looking for new ideas from the residents of our community for ways to make this site bigger and better.
Bookmark this site in your browser and watch us grow!
